Dr Alison Bradley - Clinical Chair

alison bradley clinical chairAlison was appointed Clinical Chair of North Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Group in August 2016. Her role involves accountability, forming the culture and developing the strategy of the organisation.

After training at Nottingham Medical School, Alison completed her GP training in Doncaster. She became a GP partner in 1988, until moving to Leek and joining Werrington Village Surgery as a part-time partner in 2001.

Alison has been involved in commissioning since 2011. As a Clinical Director at the CCG until March 2014, she focused on community services; particularly community nursing, community hospitals and developing community-based integrated care supporting the best care for patients as close to home as possible.

Alison also held a Non-Executive GP position on the Board providing oversight and challenge to the Executive Team.
