Anyone interested in attending an event in Leek being held to help develop future health services for local patients are urged to book a place now to avoid being disappointed.
The event takes place from 6.30-8.30pm on Monday October 16 at St Edward’s Church of England Academy, Westwood Road, ST13 8DN.
Places are limited due to the capacity of the venue and the need to make the necessary arrangements are in place to ensure event runs smoothly and everyone gets a chance to be heard. People who are not registered may not be able to be accommodated.
Dr Lorna Clarson, the CCG’s Clinical Director for Partnerships and Engagement said: “We are delighted that we have had a high level of interest from people registering to attend the event and would urge people who would like to attend to register now. I would also urge people not to register for more places than they need as they could be depriving someone else.
“These meetings are an opportunity for the public to get involved and work with the Clinical Commissioning Group to design local health services and develop the options that will go to a full consultation next year.”
Monday’s event will focus on services in the local area centred on Leek Moorlands Hospital.
